# Getting Started
To interact with PoolFans, connect your wallet through the Farcaster miniapp or the Base App.
Claim a free key daily, complete social tasks to earn more, and use those keys to enter pools.
Each key opens a virtual position on a token — your performance is tracked by ROI, and the top players win the pot when the timer ends.
All entries, results, and payouts are enforced on-chain, so you can focus on playing while contracts handle the rest.
If you're new, start with a Raise Engagement pool to learn the mechanics before exploring the deeper layers like staking, mining, and Pre-Clank launches.
